My Approach

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?   Do you suffer from chronic headaches, low energy and digestion problems?  Are you living life on auto-pilot where everyone else comes first?   It's time to start taking better care of yourself.  I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected and affect your health as a whole. We'll also explore whether you're living in alignment with your natural rhythms and discuss ways you can make small lifestyle changes to live authentically.

My approach focuses on helping you to achieve balance in your life where self-care is a priority.  Together we’ll work to improve your health and well-being in areas such as eating a healthy diet that honors your culture, maximizing energy so you aren't always exhausted, attracting healthy relationships that fuel you, and reducing stress to improve effectiveness at work.   

Participating in my holistic lifestyle coaching programs will support you to find and shine your light in the world. By working with me to create personalized wellness plans that honor your lifestyle preferences and unique circumstances, you can feel vibrant, nourished and full of energy.  As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle choices that work best for you so that you can creatively and easily blossom into the best version of yourself. 

Integrative Nutrition® Plate

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of fresh produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

Primary Food™

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.


The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and cultural background.

Self-Care Every Day 

It doesn’t matter why you may not have made yourself a top priority.  Self-care doesn’t have to be selfish.  It's time to get your life back!  Are you craving some time for yourself but just don’t seem to be able to fit it in?  If you’re giving from a depleted state, you’re likely to feel angry, resentful and exhausted.  This may impact your work performance and quality of relationships. Together, we will create pathways to wellness that fully supports you to feel nourished, full of energy and joyful about who you are as a person.

Find Your Hidden Light

Exploration, play and creativity are powerful tools for connecting with your authentic self and living a vibrantly healthy lifestyle. Honoring your uniqueness and making time to play and explore creates space to live a life that pleases your heart.   Is there a writer, dancer, or photographer hiding inside of you but wants to come out?  What’s it costing you to keep feeling like something is missing or that you’re not fulfilled in life?   Through various customized exercises, you will be guided toward finding and shining your hidden light in the world.
